Introduction to the library


This section is in preparation...

The library was to come online during the week 18-22 October, 2021 but many lists received are too general so we are reviewing lists to identify those documents most relevant to the subject matter on this site. We have found that the range of books covering indirect issues of relevance to be quite excessive so we are filtering them to identify a core collection. This is taking time so apologies. We hope to complete this process by around end of November 2021 but in the meantime we will continue to add online resources to the "Resources Section" list.
